Thanks to our NMFRW VP Anita Statman, this year the NMFRW wants to celebrate 250 years of American freedom and greatness in a BIG way.

We recommend your Caring for America or Americanism committee facilitate the projects.

OCFRW has given the Teacher’s Tool Kit to our school Superintendent and he has given it to APS teachers.

Some ideas to look into for your club are:

• Getting a mural done on a building in town;
• Having an event on the 4th after the parade in conjunction with other organization(s);
• Contacting young people’s groups like the Scouts, High School clubs etc. for participation;
• Sponsoring a scholarship for an essay contest etc.
