Room Reservations

$89.00 + tax. Click for NMFRW Group Room Rate. Breakfast for those staying at the hotel. Make reservations as soon as possible. PLEASE NOTE: the cut-off date for the rooms reserved for us is October 14, 2026.

REGISTRATION

Take a break and join the fun as you show off your painting skills. If you would like to participate in the Paint party after dinner, the cost is $10. Please register for this event prior to October 16 to be included.

REGISTRATION FORM AND CHECK Should be received by Friday, October 16, 2026. After October 16, the cost is $90.00. Registration fee is non-refundable after October 16, 2026.

Our agenda will include oral reports from all Officers, Committee Chairs and Club Presidents. Be prepared to share current events and exciting happenings in your Clubs or Committees.

Please email written reports to President Nancy Brenna swbear737@gmail.com, Secretary Cindi Runyon cynthia.runyon37@gmail.com, and your Regional Directors. Written reports should include happenings for your Clubs or Committees since our June Meeting and will reside on the NMFRW Website
