Room Reservations $119.00 + tax Call 505/473-4646 or NMFRW Winter Meeting (hilton.com) (ctrl-click to follow link) group rate for NMFRW. Breakfast and shuttle included for those staying at the hotel. Make reservations as soon as possible. PLEASE NOTE: the cut-off date for the rooms reserved for us is January 12, 2024.
REGISTRATION: $85.00 includes Friday Dinner and Saturday Lunch.
REGISTRATION FORM AND CHECK Should be received by Friday, January 12, 2024. After that date, cost is $100.00. Registration fee is non-refundable after January 12, 2024. Registration policy is if you attend any part of the meeting, you must pay the entire amount.

REPORTS: Our board meeting agenda includes reports from all officers, committee chairs and Club Presidents. Please email your reports to President Barncastle at t.barncastle@yahoo.com, Secretary Nancy Brenna at swbear737@gmail.com and for Club Presidents, your Regional Directors. Please bring a hard copy to the meeting to read. Your oral report may be up to 3 minutes long and should cover anything your Club or Committee has done or is planning to do since the Convention in October 2023.
CLUB SALES TABLES: Clubs may set-up a table (room permitting) no larger than 4’X4’ that they must provide, No selling while meeting is in session, items must be removed from meeting overnight and must notify 1st VP Terra Fullbright prior to meeting with intent to sell.
*Registration time may be adjusted depending on ‘Ladies in Red’ event.
